Building Board Engagement

The school board sets the tone and pace for the entire organization. That's why board engagement is so important--where each board member is personally invested and properly engaged in the mission, culture, and strategies of the school(s).

Vision, Viability, and Visibility are three key contributions from an engaged board. They should consistently be your most active ambassadors and supporters, using a planned communication protocol and calendar to foster trust and confidence with each stakeholder group. This interactive workshop will help you determine how to use data and systems to accurately assess performance and implement policies that will achieve your mission and goals.
