This training delivers an inspiring adventure in organizational planning, where you will clarify your vision with measurable results that will engage faculty, families, and donors. Through each subsequent 90-day cycle of innovation, we also offer online coaching and support to maximize the success of your team.

FORMAT

The in-person Innovation Lab curriculum requires a one to two days of instruction and planning. We generally run 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day. This is intensive strategy training that will transform your leadership results. We offer the Innovation Lab in a variety of formats, from a private session for one school to a large group of thirty schools.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Administrators of the school, including the chief administrator, board members, CFO/business manager, HR, Principals, Admission Director, Development Director, and any supervising leader.
