The leadership capacity of the school board determines the trajectory of the school and the future of children.

Effective governance is critical to growth because no school or school system will outgrow the leadership capacity and quality of its board.

School board training is as important as professional development for the administrators and teachers. The knowledge, skills and habits required for governance are not commonly acquired through other career experiences. A healthy combination of courage, humility, diligence, wisdom, and relational intelligence is required to succeed in board leadership.

This curriculum can be delivered as a workshop or retreat, and is designed to connect with the heads and the hearts of board leaders. Our goal is to foster greater knowledge of governance practices along with deeper trust for a healthier culture and better results. .
