For every school administrator one of the hardest transitions to make is learning how to effectively lead, develop, and manage the employees and volunteers for whom they are responsible. Supervisory leadership is the most significant factor in achieving success in a school because it so heavily contributes to faculty engagement and productivity.
This workshop is designed to equip school supervisors with new skills and tools to improve the level of trust and the quality of the school culture. how to design and implement a Performance Rubric, and how to mentor employees through stages of growth and development.
This content of the on-site Supervisory Coaching and Mentoring workshop requires a half day of instruction and planning. We generally run 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. An afternoon coaching forum can also be added afterwards to work through specific supervisory issues, situations, policies, and procedures.
Any employee of the school with supervisory responsibilities, including the chief administrator, CFO/business manager, principals, assistant principals, enrollment, development, athletics, arts, etc.
